You can return for exchange or refund any of our items if they meet the following criteria:
-Informing us the reason of the return by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
-Are unworn and in original condition.
-Are returned no later than 5 business days from delivery of merchandise.
-The customer will be responsible paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-All items must be returned with trackable shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
-No exchange, refund, returns on sale or discounted items. All sales are final.
If these criteria are not met, the company will not issue a refund/exchange and the merchandise will be shipped back to you with your own cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you with the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
